RETAIL SHOWROOM SALES CONSULTANT

Mobility & More is seeking an experienced sales professional to work onsite at our
Mobility & Medical Supply retail showroom in Indian Land, SC
(near Red Stone Development).

Job Type: Full-time W-2 (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Compensation: Hourly wage plus commission (Average first year $50K–$55K)

We are seeking a hardworking, compassionate, and committed Sales Consultant to join our
Indian Land, SC showroom.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of sales experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Excellent verbal communication skills – polite, friendly, and courteous
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
  • Ability to complete assignments accurately and on time
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer proficiency
  • Ability to multitask

Preferred Characteristics

  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • DME experience within a Home Medical Equipment company, pharmacy,
    or surgical supply company
  • Knowledge of durable medical equipment including wheelchairs, mobility scooters,
    accessibility equipment, lift chairs, hospital beds, and incontinence supplies
  • Knowledge of billing guidelines for Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial insurance
  • Knowledge of medical terminology

PART-TIME
DELIVERY DRIVER / SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Mobility & More is a Durable Medical Equipment (DME) company providing mobility equipment
and home medical supplies. We are a growing company seeking a full-time or part-time
Delivery Driver / Service Technician to join our team in Matthews, NC.

The Opportunity

  • Growth: Service, repair, install, and deliver motorized wheelchairs,
    scooters, lift chairs, stairlifts, modular ramps, and other medical equipment.
    Technical training is provided to support your success.
  • Compensation: Competitive hourly wage based on experience and technical
    knowledge, with a wage increase after 45 days and monthly bonus opportunities.

Requirements

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
  • Ability to routinely lift 50–75 lbs
  • Working knowledge of AC/DC electrical circuits
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and proof of insurance
  • Previous DME equipment service/repair experience (preferred but not required)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Own a smartphone and vehicle
  • Detail-oriented and reliable

Essential Duties

  • Deliver mobility scooters, lift chairs, wheelchairs, hospital beds, and medical supplies
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions
  • Repair, calibrate, and maintain medical equipment
  • Dismantle equipment and inspect for damage or defects
  • Document functional checks and completed repairs
  • Instruct customers on proper operation and care of equipment
  • Address customer concerns in a patient and timely manner
  • Test equipment to ensure safety from electrical or mechanical hazards
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain a clean, organized warehouse, service area, van, and equipment
