Return & Cancellation Policy
At Mobility & More, our goal is to help you select the right product for your needs the first time. If a product does not meet your expectations, we are here to assist. Please carefully review the following return guidelines.
Overview
- No returns will be accepted after 7 days for most items (must be in new condition).
- No returns will be accepted on mobility scooters or electric wheelchairs after 3 days.
- No returns will be accepted for broken seals or opened supplies.
- No returns will be accepted on ANY opened bath safety item.
- No returns on special orders without prior authorization (up to 30% restocking fee plus shipping costs may apply).
- If an item is eligible for return, a 20%–30% restocking fee may apply.

Return Window
Eligible products may be returned within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided:
- Prior approval was issued
- The product is received within the 7-day window
- All return criteria below are met
Return Criteria
To qualify for a refund:
- Product must be unused and in new condition
- Product must be returned in original, undamaged packaging
- All manuals, accessories, chargers, hardware, and components must be included
- Product must show no signs of use, including:
- Scratches, cracks, or frame damage
- Dirt, tire wear, pet hair, stains, or odors
- Damage to seats, armrests, electronics, or charging ports
Products that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.
White Glove delivery, installation, expedited shipping, and service fees are non-refundable.
Restocking Fees
To maintain competitive pricing and personalized service, the following restocking fees may apply:
Standard (Non-Custom) Products
- If return is approved, up to 25% restocking fee
Custom or Special Order Products
- If return is approved, up to 30% restocking fee
Custom items include (but are not limited to):
- Upgraded fabrics
- Heat & massage options
- Seat size upgrades
- Custom colors
- Larger batteries
- Bariatric models
- Specialty scooters or power chairs
- Motorized seat lifts
Non-Returnable Items
Custom Built Equipment
- Custom wheelchairs
- Custom lift chairs
- Certain scooters or electric wheelchairs with manufacturer add-ons
Hygienic / Safety Items
- Opened bath safety equipment
- Cushions
- Mattresses
- Slings
Other Non-Returnable Items
- Vehicle lifts
- Stair lifts
- Patient lifts
- Modular ramps
- Open box items (All sales final)
- Special order items (unless defective)
- Consignment items
Product pages may list additional non-returnable conditions.
Return Shipping
Unless Mobility & More shipped the wrong product or the item arrived defective:
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
- Larger items should be insured for full retail value
- If returned to the wrong address, additional freight charges may apply
- Missed scheduled carrier pickups may result in additional fees
If White Glove delivery was provided:
- Customer is responsible for arranging return transport
- Mobility & More may assist with pickup (fees apply)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect all shipments upon delivery.
If product arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Refuse delivery if visible damage is present
- Contact us within 24 hours if delivered without signature and damage is discovered
- Report concealed damage within 72 hours
We will coordinate repair or replacement as appropriate.
Cancellations
Cancellation fees depend on order stage.
Orders That Have Been Processed or Shipped
- 15% fee for orders under $1,500
- 20%–25% fee for orders over $1,500
- 30% fee for custom products
Cancellation Fees (General)
- 20% for standard orders under $1,000
- 25% for standard orders over $1,000
- 30% for custom products
Refused shipments may incur restocking and freight charges.
If delivery is refused:
- Applicable restocking fee applies
- All shipping charges will be deducted from refund
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refund will be issued to the original form of payment
- Please allow up to 3 weeks for processing
- Financing purchases are subject to lender terms
Safety & Responsibility
Mobility equipment must be used within manufacturer guidelines.
Customers are responsible for:
- Reviewing manuals before use
- Following weight and usage limits
- Avoiding unsafe terrain or weather conditions
- Using equipment only as intended
Mobility & More is not responsible for damages or injuries resulting from misuse or operation beyond intended capacity.
